Your rights under the DPDP Act, 2023

Adviti (operated by Adviti Consulting Private Limited) is committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (“DPDP Act”). As a Data Principal, you have the following rights with respect to personal data we hold about you:

  • Right to access: Obtain a summary of your personal data we hold and how it is being processed.
  • Right to correction: Request that inaccurate or incomplete personal data be corrected or updated.
  • Right to erasure: Request deletion of your personal data, subject to any legal retention obligations.
  • Right to withdraw consent: Withdraw consent to processing at any time. This does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.
  • Right to nominate: Nominate another individual to exercise these rights on your behalf in the event of your death or incapacity.
  • Right to grievance redressal: Lodge a complaint with our Grievance Officer (see below) and, if unresolved, with the Data Protection Board of India.

What data do we hold about candidates?

If you have submitted your CV to us, engaged with a search mandate, or been referred to us as a potential candidate, we may hold the following categories of personal data:

  • Name, email address, phone number, and LinkedIn profile URL
  • Current and previous employment history, role titles, and organisations
  • Educational background, qualifications, and certifications
  • Skills, areas of technical expertise, and domain knowledge
  • Current and expected compensation details, where provided
  • Notes from consultations, interviews, or interactions with our team
  • CV or resume document, where shared with us

We retain candidate data only for as long as necessary for talent placement purposes or as required by law. You may request erasure at any time using the form below.
